About your new job The responsibilities of the role will include, but not limited to: Monitor invoice inboxes and prepare invoices for processing Identify any discrepancies and problem invoices Reconciliation of accounts and bank statements Prepare and issue outgoing invoices Allocation of payments Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding pricing and incorrect details Regular liaison with other branches Provide administrative support to the finance team and wider administration team when required Assist with month-end closure Other general administrative tasks as required About you The ideal candidate will have: Previous exposure to accounts and receivable Problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Professional demeanour when engaging with internal/external stakeholders Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of Microsoft packages Ideally, some tertiary qualifications, however, not essential What is in it for you Long-term opportunity with a leading brand.
