**Customer Service**
- Provide high level of service experience to customers and clients through effective relationship building, problem solving and needs analysis.
- Identify customers' needs and provide the appropriate advice and direction where required, triaging and directing workflow to Easy Living colleagues
- Assist in identifying customer needs by region providing pro-active feedback to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all services provided are within the benefit limits laid out in the product/entitlement, and in line with expectations set out in the written business process or procedure.
- Ensures all customer grievances are raised in line with Allianz Partners Customer Advocacy processes
**Administration**
- Assist in administration of Network Procurement activities to ensure effective service delivery of domestic assistance items.
- Completes all Contact Centre administrative work items within agreed timeframes and to standards set out in the Contact Centre Quality Assurance Framework
**Quality Assurance**
- Ensures all relevant Quality Assurance guidelines are followed and adhered to during every interaction with Allianz Partners Australia customers
**Communication**
- Ensures all written communication is clear, concise and is consistently of a high standard.
