* As a Residential Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for creating accurate and competitive costings for new home builds.

This is a pivotal role that requires expertise in estimating, with a focus on preparing contract pricing and staying up-to-date with market prices.


About the Role

* Minimum 2 years of experience in residential construction, preferably in estimating.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to use your analytical, time management, and planning skills to drive confident decision-making and ensure seamless communication throughout the build journey.

* Strong analytical skills.

* Effective communication skills.
* Proficient computer skills, including MS Excel.
