Job Description
As a retail sales and administration professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. You will be working in our Elanora store, where you will be handling all aspects of retail sales, including testing pool water and providing advice on chemical balance, retail sales of chemicals and equipment, answering phone calls, taking payment, and booking service visits.
Key Responsibilities:
* Test pool water and provide advice on chemical balance
* Retail sales of chemicals and equipment
* Answer phone calls, take payment, and book service visits
* Maintain stock levels and ensure orders are placed on time
* Accurately prepare and send invoices to mobile service clients
* Administer creditors invoices on accounting software
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:
* Experience in the pool industry (not essential)
* Enjoy helping others
* Prior experience in an administration role
* Prior experience in a retail sales role
* Able to independently solve problems
* Reliable and able to work unsupervised
