As we expand into premium travel, airline and hospitality channels, we’re looking for a commercially minded and strategically driven National Account Manager – Travel Retail to lead the way. This is a key role for someone passionate about growing partnerships, building brand presence, and shaping the guest experience in high-end, on-the-go environments. The Role Reporting to the General Manager – Corporate Sales, you’ll be responsible for leading and growing Koko Black’s travel retail accounts, including airlines, premium food service, and luxury hospitality channels. You’ll manage strategic planning, account performance, commercial negotiations and customer engagement to drive sustainable, long-term growth. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute joint business plans with travel retail and hospitality partners * Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, trade terms and promotional programs * Manage and grow existing accounts, while identifying new, scalable business opportunities * Forecast sales and contribute to the S&OP process for assigned accounts * Integrate Koko Black products into partner menus, experiences, and guest journeys * Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless execution * Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the luxury travel space What You’ll Bring * Proven success in national account management, preferably in FMCG, travel retail, or food service * Strong commercial acumen and experience in contract negotiation and customer planning * Ability to build and nurture high-value customer relationships * Excellent presentation and communication skills * Experience with forecasting, CRM systems, and sales performance analysis * A self-starter mindset with the ability to identify and convert new opportunities * A passion for premium experiences, storytelling, and driving brand excellence Why Koko Black?
