Working as part of the Student Service SPOT team, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting students
As the first point of contact for current and prospective student enquiries, you'll assist via phone, email, and online platforms. You will guide students through university systems and processes, helping them feel confident and supported throughout their journey.
We're seeking a confident communicator with strong customer service experience who thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. You'll deliver accurate, timely, and well‑documented advice across areas including course information, admissions, enrolment, fees, scholarships, and general administration.

* Knowledge of Call Centre techniques.
