About the position: Our client offers the opportunity to step into a leadership role with oversight of CT and General X-Ray services in Melbourne. Working closely with senior leadership and modality leads, you will support a high-performing radiography workforce while driving consistency, capability and quality across the service. This is more than a people management role. It is a chance to influence how services are delivered, improve clinical workflows, support recruitment and workforce planning, and mentor the next generation of Radiographers. You will provide both technical leadership and operational guidance, ensuring teams are supported to deliver high-quality imaging services and exceptional patient outcomes. This role will suit an experienced Radiographer with strong modality knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
