Your challenge
We are seeking a Channel Sales Manager – Hospital and Ambulatory ANZ to join our team based in either Sydney or Melbourne. In this role, you will lead the strategic development, performance management, and growth of high‑value partner relationships. Working closely with the Business Leader, you will strengthen partner capabilities, drive sustained revenue growth, and identify new partnership opportunities. You will manage complex partner ecosystems, shape advanced go‑to‑market strategies, and cultivate senior‑level relationships to deliver mutual commercial success. The role also focuses on managing high‑value accounts, developing tailored strategic plans, negotiating major contracts, and providing strategic insights to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manages Partner Sales activities and oversees the development of complex, high‑impact channel partners, focusing on strengthening relationships and ensuring effective operational support.
* Leads the formulation of mid‑ and long‑term Partner Sales strategy by identifying key opportunities and challenges and translating them into actionable plans that drive performance and achieve growth targets.
* Develops and implements strategic partner policies, frameworks, and advanced go‑to‑market models, ensuring rigorous partner selection, smooth onboarding, and sustained commercial success.
* Builds and maintains strong internal and external networks to stay informed of market developments and emerging insights, supporting strategic relevance and informed decision‑making.
* Oversees resource alignment across company and partner teams to deliver joint business plans, strengthening partner capabilities and enhancing proposal quality and onboarding effectiveness through professional methodologies and innovative commercial practices.
* Leads partner recruitment, integration, and performance management, evaluating business models and market dynamics while driving continuous improvement in compliance, customer satisfaction, and overall market reach.
You're the right fit if:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline, complemented by 4+ years' experience across partner sales, account management, and business development.
* Proven background in the medical device sector, including deep understanding of channel partner ecosystems, distributor operations, and hospital sales environments.
* Demonstrated expertise in business development, including strategic planning, sales forecasting and proposal development to drive commercial outcomes.
* Advanced skills in market research and analysis to identify opportunities and inform account and partner strategies.
* Strong commercial and sales acumen, leveraging KPI monitoring and reporting to optimise performance and achieve targets.
* Proven proficiency in CRM platforms to manage client relationships and support sales operations effectively.
* Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, ensuring collaborative partnerships and business growth.
