Join Canterbury-Bankstown Council as a Graduate Town Planner to support development assessment and community engagement in a diverse Sydney community.Your RoleKey responsibilities include:Providing planning and development information through Council's Duty Planner service.Preparing assessment reports and determinations on development applications and subdivision certificates.Undertaking site inspections and preparing supporting documentation.Coordinating internal and external stakeholder feedback on development matters.Responding to enquiries at the customer service counter, via email, and by phone.Meeting statutory and Council timeframes and contributing to the delivery of efficient development services.About YouThe company is looking for:Tertiary qualifications in Town Planning (or nearing completion).
