Base pay range

$34,166.00/yr - $37,911.00/yr

To provide high level administrative support to the Regional Coordinator, Regional Operations and ensure quality outcomes are consistently delivered by the office of the Regional Director, North Queensland Region.

As Business Support Officer You Will Assist To Manage The Key Administrative Functions Of The Office Of The Regional Director By Ensuring Services Are Provided In a Confidential, Timely And Professional Manner Including


* Reviewing human resource and financial documents submitted for the Regional Director's signature to ensure details are compliant with legislative and procedural requirements, and process accordingly.
* Processing of all invoices, general purpose expenditure/ revenue vouchers and corporate card verification.
* Update related document management systems.
* Prepare accurate reports and routine correspondence, ensuring professional formatting and presentation.
* Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
* Process regional travel and accommodation requirements as directed.
* Undertake asset management requirements of the office and oversee regional requirements.
* Build and sustain effective working relationships and provide prompt, courteous and professional services to court staff and key personnel within Justice Services.
* Maintain effective document filing and retrieval systems including the use of electronic documents records management system (eDOCS) and Microsoft

SharePoint.
* Exercise judgment and initiative in decision making, proactively identifying, and acting on potential problems before they escalate.
* Undertake other duties as delegated by the Regional Director or Regional Coordinator in relation to the operational needs of the office of the Regional Director.
