The Position
We're seeking a creative and collaborative Resource Developer to join our Pathways College team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on designing engaging, user-friendly learning resources that support students with varied learning styles and abilities.
You'll work closely with subject matter experts across our Café, Garden Centre, and Day College programs to transform paper-based content into dynamic, multi-modal resources - including online formats via Moodle and SharePoint.
This is a casual role (15 hours/week) up to 12 months with potential for extension.
Whilst the role can be remotely based, there is a requirement to attend onsite training/induction in Caloundra initially plus 2-3 days for additional staff training over the 12 months.

Responsibilities:
* Design and develop innovative learning content and assessment tools for face-to-face and online delivery.
* Collaborate with SMEs to understand learning needs and program goals.
* Create trainer guides and ensure quality control through versioning and evaluation.
* Support the rollout of new programs including Garden Skills and Cooking Skills in early 2026.
* Attend fortnightly TEAMS meetings (Fridays 1pm) and 2-3 onsite workshops annually.
The Successful Applicant You're an out-of-the-box thinker with a student-first mindset. You understand how to make learning engaging, inclusive, and accessible. You're organised, autonomous, and open to feedback.
To be considered, you should have:
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or relevant qualification in Education Support)
* Background in adult learning, vocational education, or similar
* Understanding of disability support and inclusive education
* Experience developing multi-modal learning resources
* Proficiency in Moodle or other LMS platforms
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Attention to detail and time management
