Job Title: Field Sales Representative


About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales or account management, with a strong ability to achieve sales growth through superior negotiating skills.

* This role involves managing and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their current and future needs, and proposing appropriate solutions, products, and services.
* The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with assigned customers, ensuring optimal service levels and customer satisfaction.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and staying informed about competitor strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
2. Understand client needs and propose solutions, products, and services.
3. Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure optimal service levels.
4. Negotiate prices and collaborate with support staff to ensure customer retention and continued business.
5. Conduct presentations and coordinate the preparation of sales proposals, tenders, bids, contracts, and account management plans.
6. Participate in sales promotions, campaigns, and events to drive business growth.


Requirements:

* B2B sales or account management experience, or experience in the express freight or logistics industry.
* Demonstrated ability to achieve sales growth through superior negotiating skills.
* Extensive relationship-building skills developed from working in various busy service industries.
* Ability to quickly learn product and service knowledge to effectively translate customer needs into solutions.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a busy team.
