The Role:
* Conduct open homes and manage diary schedules
* Liaise with tenants and handle enquiries professionally
* Process applications, conduct reference checks, and maintain advertising
* Manage email correspondence and client communication
What we're looking for:
* Certificate of Registration (COR) is required
* Some prior real estate experience, ideally in reception or property management
* Proficient in Property Tree or similar systems
* A professional, switched-on, and customer-focused approach
