MACA are seeking a Drill Maintenance Supervisor to join the team in a permanent full-time role on an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth to the Karlawinda Gold Project.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate drill maintenance crews, ensuring effective utilisation of personnel and equipment, clear communication of work requirements, and competency in assigned maintenance tasks.
* Oversee safe, compliant maintenance operations by enforcing HSE procedures, isolations, permits, and risk controls in line with site and legislative requirements.
* Provide technical guidance, coaching, and on-the-job training to maintenance personnel, while monitoring shift performance to achieve planned maintenance and equipment availability targets.
* Plan, schedule, and support preventative and corrective maintenance activities in collaboration with operations and reliability teams to minimise downtime.
* Inspect, audit, and verify the condition of drill equipment, tools, and maintenance facilities, ensuring defects are identified, reported, and rectified.
* Report maintenance issues and deviations from plans, complete required documentation, and lead investigations into equipment failures, incidents, or near misses.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Experienceleading a team in a mining production environment.
* Extensive experience in breakdowns, diagnostics and repair abilities.
* Trade qualified in a mechanical discipline.
* A current WA drivers' licence and relevant high-risk tickets.
* Attend and contribute to pre-shift, toolbox and safety meetings.
* Epiroc T45 is desirable
* Good attention to detail and ability to deliver high standards
* Willingness to take ownership of the drills
* AMT and Pronto experience is desirable
