Duties will include:
- Supporting the sales team with general administrative duties
- Relationship calls to existing clients within the mining sector
- Lead generation with potential clients
- Generating and following up on quotes
- Liaise with clients regarding their orders and ensure they are kept up to date on ETA's
- Updating data and client information on Hubspot CRM system
- Implement sales initiatives to increase client engagement
- Actioning any outcomes from the sales meetings with clients
- Continuous improvement of the sales process to enhance the customer experience
To be successful in this role you must enjoy customer contact, being the support person to the sales team and having a level of responsibility within the business.
Your strong customer service, attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team are essential in this role, along with your confident phone manner.
