McArthur is partnering with a well-regarded professional services firm based in Tanunda to recruit an experienced and proactive Client Services Officer. This is a key support role offering variety, responsibility, and the chance to be part of a small, high-functioning team.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the Directors, this is a central role that supports both client engagement and internal operations. From handling ATO correspondence and job scheduling, to assisting with accounts and records management, your days will be full of variety and meaningful contribution.
This position is offered on a permanent part-time basis, working 30 hours across 4 days per week. The firm values long-term commitment and is looking for someone who will become a key part of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-class customer service via phone and email
- Maintain client databases and correspondence, including ATO lodgements
- Manage job scheduling, track progress, and prepare fee proposals
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and follow up overdue accounts
- Maintain accurate records and manage documentation processes
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and general office administration
- Assist with entity setup, registrations, and ATO payment plans
- Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the office and support Directors as needed
About You
You are an experienced administration professional who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a client-facing, team-based environment. You're highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing a range of business and financial tasks with professionalism and efficiency.
You'll bring:
- Strong customer service background (professional or financial services preferred)
- Solid administration and coordination skills
- Experience with accounts payable/receivable and records management
- Familiarity with systems such as Xero, and the Office 365 desirable
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset with a long-term view
