Neo Infrastructure (SA) Pty Ltd is a proud family‑owned civil construction business operating since 2009, with a strong regional presence operating out of our Mannum, SA office.
Our regional team delivers a wide range of civil works for clients across regional and rural South Australia, including (but not limited to):
* Shoulder pavement and road maintenance works
* Road sealing
* Footpaths and new kerbing
* Car park construction
* General civil and maintenance projects
We are seeking experienced Civil Operators / All‑Rounders to join our team.

About the Role – Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Excavator operation experience (minimum 3 years)
* Must be competent in final trim for Road & Civil works and profiling/stabilising
* Bobcat / Skid Steer ticket & experience
* Roller or Loader ticket
* HR or HC driver's licence
* Construction White Card
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to perform physical and manual tasks, including general labouring where required
Our team works across regional locations and returns home daily, so applicants from Mannum, Murray Bridge, and surrounding areas are preferred.
