Our organisation seeks an experienced and highly skilled Administration Officer to connect our community with our facilities. The successful candidate will make booking processes simple, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
Working closely with teams, community groups and local businesses, you will use modern systems to streamline services and support programs and events.
The Role Involves:
* Providing efficient administrative support for Council-owned community facilities
* Communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders, working independently or collaboratively to resolve issues and support programs
* Ensuring smooth booking processes and compliance with health and safety standards

* A competitive base salary with performance-based increments, plus 12% super
* A flexible work arrangement of 56 hours over 8 days per fortnight, across 4 days per week
