Job description
Food Preparation:
Prepare a wide variety of Panipuri and Chaat dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure the freshness and quality of all ingredients used in food preparation.
Maintain proper inventory levels of all ingredients and supplies.
Kitchen Hygiene and Maintenance:
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times.
Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene regulations.
Conduct regular deep cleaning of kitchen equipment and work areas.
Customer Service:
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Address any customer concerns or requests promptly and effectively.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
Teamwork:
Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
Qualifications:
Any 12 th class
