Your Realty Concierge is seeking an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Client Liaison Officer (Residential) to join our team. This part‑time, remote position plays a vital role in supporting our clients through the pre‑construction and construction stages, ensuring they receive exceptional communication and a streamlined experience from start to finish.
What You'll Do
* Enter new sales/projects into Sugar CRM and manage electronic documentation
* Provide regular updates and support to clients/sellers during the pre‑construction stage
* Maintain real‑time project information using our live client platform
* Issue progress claims/photos, monitor payments, and upload documentation
* Coordinate settlement and handover processes, liaising with clients, sellers, and Property Managers
* Work with internal teams and builders to keep projects on track
* Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the build
* Provide leave coverage for the PA/Sales Coordinator when required
What You'll Bring
* Experience in residential construction (essential)
* Background in project coordination/management (preferred)
* Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail
* Ability to manage competing deadlines
* Strong tech skills and willingness to learn new platforms
* A positive 'can‑do' attitude and commitment to great service
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Availability for approx. 20 hrs/week, with potential to grow to full‑time
