At CObH we are dedicated to actively supporting our rural communities to a happier and healthier life.The Pathways to Recovery program supports individuals with severe and complex mental illness through a collaborative coordination of care.
Working alongside the Peer Support Workers will be critical in the client recovery journey.Country & Outback Health is a not-for-profit organisation focused on building healthier and happier communities.
Delivering a diverse range of mental health, allied health, addiction support, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, NDIS services as well as support services for young people within our headspace centres.Multiple roles available across Whyalla | Port Augusta | Port LincolnThe RoleThe Clinician effectively contributes to the delivery of focused psychological interventions, and case coordination for clients with complex mental health concerns in primary care by:Collaboratively planning and implementing assessment and treatment services, for individual clients.Providing goal orientated therapeutic interventions and strategies for eligible clients.Working as part of a multidisciplinary team.About YouA genuine caring nature with a passion to help others.Have excellent communication skills to build meaningful relationships.Have any of the following qualifications suitable for appropriate registration: Social WorkerPsychologist / Provisional Psychologist / Occupational TherapistRegistered Nurse (RN)Minimum of two years full time post-graduate experience working within a primary/community mental health setting or equivalent (desirable).
Some out of hours work and intra-state travel may be required.What's on offer?
