What we're looking for:

* Reliable, organised, and proactive attitude
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous administrative experience essential – we'll provide the industry training

Primary Accountabilities:

* Monitoring of all incoming emails to Central West email inbox

* Assist with answering of incoming calls

* Entry of all new claims within Steamatic internal system in preparation for initial calls and scheduling
* Initial contact calls with customers to gain relevant job details following receipt of new claim/job received
* Planning and scheduling of multiple crew's daily run schedule
* Liaise with key contacts including Insurance Companies, and Builders for authorities, key information on allocations
* Communicate relevant information between Insurance Companies/Builders, Office Staff and attending Technicians
* Provide administration support to customers, crew and all other relevant stakeholders
* Generate, review and format detailed contents inventory reports
* Assist with generating and populating Assessment & Completion Reports following job attendance
