We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can blend creativity, analysis, and execution to support customer acquisition, engagement, and brand development. This role suits someone hands‑on, curious, and confident moving between strategy and delivery.
What You'll Do
* Plan and run digital marketing campaigns across paid channels and CRM.
* Manage and optimise Meta, Google, and other digital advertising platforms.
* Develop and brief creative content across social, ads, email, and landing pages.
* Manage general website updates and ensure a smooth user journey.
* Analyse performance and generate clear, actionable insights.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing aligns with product and customer needs.
What You'll Bring
* 3+ years in product marketing, digital marketing, or growth, with demonstrated impact.
* Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, and CRM.
* Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimisation, targeting, and reporting.
* Ability to translate insight into action — creative, analytical, and commercially aware.
* Clear communication, good organisation, and collaborative working style.
* An ownership mindset — someone who sees things through and enjoys building.
