We are committed to enhancing access to healthcare, empowering individuals, and fostering a safe and inclusive environment where community members feel respected, supported, and valued.

Our passionate and skilled team of healthcare professionals work alongside community members to address both physical and mental health challenges while promoting preventative care, health education, and lifestyle initiatives.

We are looking for a passionate and community‑focused Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) Case Worker to join our dedicated team in Kununurra, WA on a full‑time basis.

Are you committed to supporting the social, emotional, and cultural wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples? This is your chance to be part of a dynamic and culturally safe program that provides holistic support, healing, and empowerment for individuals, families, and the community.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to provide case management, advocacy, and support services tailored to individual and family needs. You'll engage with community members through one‑on‑one support, group activities, and cultural healing initiatives, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to strengthen connections and improve overall wellbeing across the East Kimberley region.

About You

You should have experience in social and emotional wellbeing, case management, or community services, and be driven to support individuals and families through culturally safe and empowering approaches.

Your ability to build trust, engage respectfully, and provide client‑centred support sets you apart. You are confident in working alongside individuals, families, schools, and community groups, and thrive in a collaborative, community‑based environment.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have experience in case management, social work, Aboriginal health, or community services. A relevant qualification in community services, mental health, counselling, or social work is desirable. Experience working in Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services or remote settings will be highly regarded.

Working in a remote setting requires resilience, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to empowering communities to take control of their wellbeing.
