We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our Maroochydore team. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their career in sales within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, providing product information and generating quotes
* Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable flooring solutions
* Follow up on leads, enquiries, and open quotes to maximise sales opportunities
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and orders
* Support showroom sales when required, including greeting customers and assisting with product selection
* Keep the team updated on customer needs, orders, and potential opportunities
* Ensure product knowledge remains current to confidently explain features and benefits
* Assist with preparing sales documents and basic administrative tasks
* Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets
Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Positive, enthusiastic, customer-focused attitude
* Interest in sales and willingness to learn
* Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
* No prior sales experience required — full training provided
