We're seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer to spearhead our technology-led go-to-market strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll define and execute a plan that drives revenue growth across strategic clients.
This is a front-line revenue role ideal for a technologist with commercial savvy and consultative influence. You'll partner closely with practice leads to build and continuously improve solution offerings.
You'll be responsible for enabling business development, supporting enterprise pursuit cycles, developing CxO relationships, and increasing our win rate on medium to large-scale technology services engagements.
This role demands thought leadership, client presence, solution innovation, and a proven track record of growing multi-million-dollar services businesses in the technology consulting industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and evolve differentiated solution offerings aligned with market demand and client transformation agendas.
* Accelerate revenue growth by partnering with sales, marketing, and practices to drive pipeline growth, solution qualification, and pursuit strategy.
* Act as a trusted technology advisor to CxOs of key accounts; represent us in thought leadership forums, webinars, and executive briefings.
* Champion the continuous refinement of our solution portfolio in collaboration with practice leads; ensure offerings stay ahead of market trends.
* Oversee early solution design and proposal development to ensure technical and commercial win themes align with client needs and our delivery capabilities.
* Drive alignment across technology and delivery teams; mentor solution architects, delivery, and pursuits core team members.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Master's degree preferred.
* 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology services, with 5+ years in an executive consulting services role or national/regional CTO capacity.
* Proven track record of directly influencing $25M+ in annual revenue through consultative sales and strategic solutioning.
* Strong executive presence with experience in C-level client engagement, ideally across multiple verticals.
* Deep technical expertise across at least two of the following: Cloud Platforms, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Application Integration.
