Scope – Phase 1: AI Chat & Lead Engine
* Build an internal Chat Window that taps into Salesforce and AutomationKing so staff can ask free-form questions about customer records, policies, or any indexed documentation.
* Enable the same LLM to pull customer data from Salesforce in real time, then automatically format PDF sales quotes.
* Add an internet-scraping routine that hunts for new prospects, enriches them with publicly available data, and pushes qualified leads straight into Salesforce.
* Index internal manuals and guidelines so employees can query an always-current knowledge base instead of wading through folders.
Scope – Phase 2: Salesforce Dispatch Optimisation
* Replace manual driver allocations with rules-based assignment that factors in trading hours, operational constraints, live traffic, and geolocation.
* Trigger automated customer notifications (on-route, ETA updates, job completion) through existing Salesforce processes.
* Surface dashboards and alerts that highlight exceptions or capacity gaps and recommend next-best actions.
* Review related Salesforce flows and suggest any quick-win process improvements.
What I'll provide
* Access to current Salesforce org, AutomationKing instance, sample PDFs, and internal documentation.
* Clear business rules for dispatch logic and lead qualification.
What I need from you
* Architecture design for the LLM stack (model selection, vector store, retrieval strategy).
* Secure API integrations with Salesforce, AutomationKing, Outlook (and Shopify if viable).
* Clean, well-commented code with deployment instructions.
* A short knowledge-transfer session and hand-off documentation once everything is tested.
