Rouse, part of RB Global’s services division, delivers market intelligence through powerful data tools that support equipment valuations, used-equipment sales and rental metrics benchmarking.

We’re now looking for a driven Account Executive to join our international Rouse team.

About the role

You will play a key role in expanding Rouse’s reach across mid-market businesses by selling our Rouse Rental Insights and Equipment Insights products to fleet owners, rental companies and OEM's. You will manage the entire sales cycle from identifying new business opportunities, building relationships to closing deals, assisting clients in utilising data to increase their return on investment.

About you

You are motivated, confident and commercially minded, with a natural ability to uncover business challenges and match them with smart data solutions.

We are looking for:

• Experience with rental or fleet management systems/ operations

• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in data services, SaaS, cloud or IT consulting

• A track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets

• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills

• A consultative sales style with the ability to influence decision-makers

• Familiarity with CRMs such as Salesforce or HubSpot

Solid understanding of data-related services would be a plus, such as:

* Data analytics / business intelligence

* Data governance & compliance

* Data integration tools

* Ability to grasp and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Your day will include:

• Building and managing a new business sales pipeline

• Leading the full sales process from prospecting to close

• Delivering engaging presentations and demos tailored to client needs

• Collaborating with technical teams to create effective solutions

• Maintaining accurate records in the CRM and reporting progress

• Keeping up to date with industry trends and competitor insights

• Travelling to meet clients and attend networking events as needed
