IT Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support for all departmental products at various levels.
2. Assist with troubleshooting, logging, and managing support requests.
3. Maintain and administer infrastructure and endpoints.
4. Audit and manage materiel at unit locations.
5. Coordinate upgrades, updates, and maintenance for departmental products.
6. Contribute to product test and evaluation activities.
7. Participate in support request triage.
8. Perform routine product maintenance according to the department's Maintenance Management System.
Requirements:
* Experience in IT Administration with a focus on network devices and systems.
* Previous experience working in IT cross-functional or project teams.
* Prior experience with ADF systems and networks.
* Must hold an NV2 security clearance.
Desirable Skills:
* Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
* Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
Due to the nature of this role, the ideal candidate must be an Australian citizen with an active NV2 security clearance.
