Join our team at Randstad Enterprise in our new Financial Service RPO account as a Supplier Manager based in our client's Melbourne Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and strengthen strategic supplier relationships to support client delivery
Oversee Supplier Relationship Management frameworks and governance
Provide advisory support to key accounts (Platinum & Gold clients)
Deliver data-driven insights and reporting to influence business and supplier strategy
Partner with Sales, Solution Design, and Operations teams to drive supply chain value
Support new client implementation and supplier onboarding
Promote preferred suppliers and ensure strong performance & compliance
Contribute to building a high-performing, consulting-style supplier management team
About You:
8+ years' experience in large enterprise environments
Experience working with senior business stakeholders (up to MD level)
Background in supplier management, procurement, supply chain, or professional services
Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to translate complex commercial insights into actionable strategy
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience in consulting, MSP, or global matrix organizations is a plus
