What You'll Do

* Provide administrative support to Project Managers (internally and externally).
* Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) from Project Managers, Internal Stakeholders and Defence.
* Review Project Handover Takeover documentation and provide quality control feedback as required, including validation of accurate project data, drawings, operation & maintenance manuals and related documentation.
* Maintain project documentation, records, and reporting tools to ensure compliance and accuracy.
* Support the management of Defects associated with projects during the Defect Liability Period (DLP).
* Support communication and engagement across internal teams, Defence, Project Managers and external partners.
* Visits to project sites and attendance at project meetings will be required.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project documentation and data meets the requirements of Defence.

What You'll Bring

* Demonstrated experience in project coordination or administrative support roles.
* Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.
