Job Summary:
As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to the Coordinator and leadership team by handling customer enquiries, assisting with programs in the gardens, and providing day-to-day operational assistance to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support, including room bookings, event preparation, and general office tasks.
* Support programs by maintaining records, scheduling, communications, and documentation.
* Assist with education programs and events, preparing materials and spaces for onsite sessions.
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors and guests at the Gardens and Operations Centre.
* Manage records and correspondence, including the use of Records Explorer (REX) and preparing routine communications.
