Job Description
As a seasoned recruitment consultant, you will manage the full end-to-end process of winning new clients and filling high-volume recruitment orders. This includes working with SMEs who require large numbers of temps at speed, ensuring quality placements every time.
Key responsibilities include managing bulk recruitment projects, sourcing and screening candidates, and delivering service excellence to retain client relationships.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive business development within your assigned territory, targeting and winning new SME business in a defined patch.
