This role offers an exciting opportunity for you to work closely with our existing team of Recruitment Consultants and Account Managers. Your primary focus will be sourcing blue-collar staff within the warehouse and manufacturing fields.
You will have the chance to develop your skills in:
* Creating and posting job ads
* Candidate screening and interviewing
* Utilising our database and systems
* Attending client visits with account managers
* Confirming and filling requirements
This role requires no sales involvement, allowing you to focus on supporting the team and building strong relationships with our existing client base.
