We focus on four strategic pillars: inspire, lead, innovate, and execute.The Control Automation & Assurance team ensures robust system controls are in place, supports RBS in control automation, and performs control testing over automated business process controls.Your Impact:As a Senior Analyst, you will execute control testing activities aligned with the automated controls assurance framework for RBS and support embedding effective controls across RBS, providing feedback and recommendations for improvements.Responsibilities include:Managing data quality in various databases (including RiskInSite) across CCO and RBS risk profiles and reporting.Providing a comprehensive risk service to support RBS in achieving its business outcomes.Leading continuous improvement initiatives in the control environment using data insights.Supporting RBS in optimizing assurance activities through continuous monitoring, automation, and tooling platforms.We’re interested in hearing from candidates with:Experience in Operational Risk Management, Compliance Frameworks, and Control design.Skills in risk analysis, opportunity identification, and recommending actions.Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.Experience auditing automated/semi-automated controls and knowledge of IT security, software development, application controls, and access management.Strong communication skills.Critical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities.Business commercial aptitude and knowledge specific to the role.SQL and Tableau skills are desirable.We support flexible work arrangements, including in-office and remote work, part-time, and job sharing.
