Veterinary Director - Greencross Narre Warren
We are seeking a dynamic Veterinary Director to lead our clinic with vision, compassion, and a commitment to high-quality care. You'll be joining a team of 5 veterinarians and 7 dedicated nurses in a friendly, relaxed setting where collaboration and a good sense of humour are part of daily life. As a busy practice, your days will be filled with a diverse mix of consults and surgeries, offering variety, challenge, and the opportunity to grow your clinical expertise.

* Lead and manage the veterinary team while fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
* Provide high-quality care to patients, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
* Encourage open communication and share ideas among all team members; collaborate to continuously enhance services and client experience.
* Actively participate in the development and implementation of clinic protocols and procedures.
* Remain engaged in ongoing professional development and mentorship for team members as needed.
Qualifications
* Veterinary Science degree from a university accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards' Council (AVBC) and/or completed NAVLE, AVE or equivalent examinations.
* At least 4 years of practical experience.
