Position:
Mancala is currently on the lookout for an experienced and organised Site Administration Clerk to join the team at our Norton Goldfields project in Kalgoorlie.
This role is ideally suited to someone based in Kalgoorlie, however will consider FIFO applications.
This Full-Time role will report directly to the site Project Manager and will have a vast variety of administrative responsibilities, supporting the key project leaders.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
· Employee Onboarding
· Travel & Accommodation bookings
· Inventory Reports
· Purchase Orders
· Ordering PPE
· Loading Maintenance shift Reports
· Project cost codes, (Equipment allocation)
· End of month Reporting
· Entering Prestart information (Creating work orders for repairs)
· Accounts Receivable
· Other Administrative duties as required
Requirements and Experience:
· years in a similar administrative role
· Intermediate computer skills
· Experience booking travel would be advantageous
· Experience in using an accounting system (Pronto experience would be advantageous but not essential)
· Valid Driver's License
· Australian Working Rights - Visa/ Residency etc.
· Ability to pass Pre-employment Medical and National Police Clearance
· Team orientated and reliable
