We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Pyrmont, NSW team on a permanent full-time basis.This role will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring professional and timely support.You will manage enquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong customer relationships.Your contribution will support smooth daily operations and uphold Bodum's brand values.
Responsibilities
* Providing information about products or services.
* Resolve customer queries through different channels including phone, email, mail
* Processing of orders, returns and exchanges.
* Collaborate with other departments to solve complex customer issues.
* Identify issues and provide effective solutions for customers
* Maintain product pricelists, ensuring accuracy and timely update into System.
* Build strong working relationships across sales, warehouse, and logistics teams
* Plan, organise, and execute trade shows and consumer expos,and stand design
* Manage and support customer advertising campaigns and trade event activities.
* Support the sales team with product submissions and presentations
* Customer account management, including invoicing and payments
* Act as the "voice of the consumer" in all product-related discussions
Qualifications
* Experience of operating in a customer-focused role
* Proved experience with high volume escalations.
* Dealing and resolving complaint calls in an efficient and time sensitive manner
* Good computer skills in the user's perspective and in management software.
* Computer savvy including ability to navigate multiple windows and applications
