Our client, a large construction / developer-builder business, is looking for a skilled COINS ERP Trainer / Consultant to help their teams nationally. You’ll play a key role in upskilling project, commercial, and finance teams and ensuring COINS is used effectively across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver COINS ERP training across multiple modules, including finance, project management, procurement, contracts, cost & reporting
- Deep dive into the backend of COINS: configure, troubleshoot, optimise workflows
- Write and maintain user guides, documentation, and training materials for various user levels
- Implement training programs nationally (or remotely) — adapt format per office / state
- Optionally leverage experience from other ERP systems to bring best practice ideas
What We’re Looking For
- Proven delivery of COINS ERP training or implementation across commercial / construction projects
- Strong technical competency in COINS modules (reporting, cost control, financials, contracts)
- Ability to write clear user guides/documentation for non-technical users
- Experienced with backend configuration / problem solving in ERP environments
- Comfortable working under flexible engagement models: full-time, part time, or contract
