This newly created position offers the chance to shape processes and contribute to a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring contract KPIs are met, and managing a small on-site team.
Your expertise in facilities management, property, or corporate real estate will be essential in delivering exceptional service to clients. Strong leadership and communication skills are also required to coordinate with stakeholders and ensure seamless facilities operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilities Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensuring contract KPIs are met and services are delivered to the highest standard.
* Team Management: Manage and mentor a small on-site team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals.
* Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance activities via CMMS systems.
* Client Liaison: Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience
* Facilities Management Expertise: Proven experience in facilities management, property, or corporate real estate.
* Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
* Australian Citizenship: Australian citizenship due to client requirements.
* CMMS Proficiency: Proficiency with CMMS systems and MS Office Suite.
