Join MyState Group as a Broker Relationship Manager. Following the merger of MyState and Auswide Bank in early 2025, the newly formed MyState Group now operates under four agile brands - MyState Bank, Auswide Bank, SelfCo, and TPT Wealth. Together, we offer a comprehensive suite of banking products through branches, digital platforms, and a trusted network of brokers across Australia.
Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of active mortgage brokers, helping them succeed by providing expert guidance on credit, policy, and lending processes.
* Be the go‐to person for brokers, ensuring their submissions are high quality and their experience with us is seamless and rewarding.
* Engage, educate, and retain brokers while identifying opportunities across our broader business, including commercial lending with TPT Wealth and asset finance solutions with SelfCo.
* Work closely with our Business Development Managers to deliver a leading broker experience and leverage aggregator partnerships and industry networks to expand our market presence.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who understands the broker channel inside and out, is confident navigating credit processes, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. You'll be comfortable using data to drive decisions, proactive in identifying growth opportunities, and cooperative in working with internal teams to support broker success.
