Manager Position at Mitre 10, Kalbar (25 minutes from Ipswich)
The Reajohn Group are seeking an Experienced Trade/Retail Manager with good Leadership skills for their Kalbar Mitre 10 store. There are 5 Mitre 10 Stores in the Group.
This position is suitable for a person with good communication skills, patience, culture enhancer, well presented, with a good track record in leading & managing people whilst delivering excellent customer service. The Person
In the Store Manager role: You will play an important part by ethically influencing your Staff. This is predominantly through your leadership, values & actions, exemplary behaviours, positive approach, and a growth mindset.
This position involves being at the forefront to deliver our business objectives, setting clear expectations, and driving success, by supporting Kalbar Mitre 10 to achieve positive growth. Store Safety and maintaining Reajohn Standards are high priorities. Your focus is on building customer service excellence through a hands-on approach and guiding your team, these are critical success factors.

The Role
This role is for a person who can make commitments to leading a team and has the passion to drive the business forward. This Branch Manager position is supported by the management team. Attending out-of-hours monthly management meetings at company headquarters in Boonah (8 mins from Kalbar) forms part of this role. Ensuring safety and other reports are sent to HQ at various frequencies are essential. This position being occupied by the right person is a critical success factor for the staff and the business. The role is for a Store Manager that views and practices customer service as being the top priority. The store is open 7 days per week. The manager is expected to work some weekends, or a Saturday or Sunday, and assist when a fill-in is needed.
