An experienced and operationally focused Executive Housekeeper who is committed to excellence and exceeding guest expectations in relation to cleanliness.
You will have strong communication, conflict resolution and are a compassionate and patient leader.

Key Duties This role will see you ensure that the housekeeping department provides the hotel with clean, well-maintained accommodation and public areas that meet company standards through the provision of professional, timely and quality services in line with budgetary requirements.
A snapshot of your new role: Provide effective staff management to the Housekeeping and Public Area Teams to ensure daily operational requirements and financial budgets are met through effective allocations of work for staff Ensure the presentation standards of rooms and facilities are maintained to the expected high standards Maintain daily cost control ensuring costs are minimised and profit generation is maximised by achieving good productivity Oversee regular maintenance projects e.g., regular spring cleaning, mattress rotation, carpet shampooing etc.
