Merchandiser Role
As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for managing product levels, executing tasks, building displays, and negotiating off-location opportunities. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel and communicate promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Product Management: ensure accurate stock levels, optimize product placement, and manage ticketing processes.
* Executing tasks: carry out tasks as assigned, including building displays, erecting Point-of-sale materials, and negotiating off-location opportunities.
* Negotiating and maintaining relationships: build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, negotiate off-location opportunities, and communicate promotional activities.
* Accurate reporting: provide accurate reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics.
Planogram Duties
* Executing planograms and relays: ensure timely execution of planograms and relays to maximize product visibility and drive sales.
* Shelf adjustments: make adjustments to shelves to ensure products are displayed in the most effective manner.
* Stock Placement: ensure accurate and efficient stock placement to minimize waste and maximize sales potential.
* Ticketing: accurately price and label products to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Obtaining sign-off from store personnel: obtain confirmation from store personnel that tasks have been completed to their satisfaction.
