What You'll Do
* Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the complex needs of students with SEMH/SEN profiles.
* Build trusting relationships that help students re‐engage with learning and develop positive attitudes.
* Use trauma‐informed, restorative, and child‐centred approaches to promote emotional regulation and positive behaviour.
* Work closely with therapists, pastoral teams, and parents to ensure holistic support.
* Track progress and celebrate achievement, however small, to build confidence and self‐esteem.
What We're Looking For
* QTS or ECT status.
* Experience within SEMH/SEN settings is beneficial, but a strong passion for inclusive education is essential.
* Excellent behaviour‐support strategies and emotional resilience.
* Adaptability, creativity, and a calm, consistent approach.
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
