* Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Primary Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy Development:
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve channel sales targets.
o Identify and execute initiatives to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
* Team Leadership:
o Provide training, guidance, and support to sales executives to ensure they have in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services.
o Monitor and analyze the performance of the sales team and implement corrective measures to meet sales objectives.
* Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
o Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and critical client negotiations.
* Market Analysis:
o Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
o Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client requirements.
* Performance Reporting:
o Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management, providing insights into successes and areas for improvement.
* Collaboration:
o Work closely with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client needs and technical specifications.
