We're stepping up our operations and are looking for an experienced & professional Restaurant Manager to head the team at our stunning waterfront venue.
👨‍🍳 What We’re Looking For:
* A Restaurant Manager who can make a difference
* With strong operational knowledge in all facets of hospitality
* Someone who can manage the venue with pride, care & professionalism
* A Manager who can strictly manage labour costs and maintain and improve current head spends of $90+
* Our focus is on the guest experience, so a Manager who can ensure all staff are providing excellent service is a must. You are the eyes and ears and will direct, train, and manage the staff at all times
* We need a Manager who is confident in shift reporting and managing rosters in accordance with the criteria
* Someone who has a great presentation and a real presence. People will be able to tell that you're the Manager!
* You will have a passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences because dealing with happy guests is the environment we create
* You'll be happy to train and develop the staff, and provide thorough and motivational briefings
* A senior team member who is positive, enthusiastic, and a true leader
