The Opportunity:As the Senior Accounts & Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day financial functions of the company. This includes bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing, collections, and financial reporting.
* Manage accounts payable and receivable
* Prepare and process payroll
* Handle invoicing and collections
* Maintain accurate financial records and reports
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations
* Support management with financial insights and analysis
About You:
* 4+ years of experience working in a similar role for a residential builder, building supplier, or commercial contractor
* Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, Accounts Payable & Receivable, and payroll processes
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
