Overview
Tiny Mountain Brewery is looking for a passionate Pizzaiolo / Pizza Chef who has experience in operating a Wood Fired Pizza Oven. Full Time and Casual positions available. Experience with wood fired ovens is essential.
Responsibilities
- Prepare pizzas from our menu in a consistent and timely manner.
- Experience cooking a high volume of pizzas daily.
- Work effectively during busy service in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a high standard of quality in the operation of the kitchen, including a clean and hygienic work workplace.
- Commit to providing both excellent service and excellent food in line with our reputation for delicious pizza.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience using a woodfire oven and hand stretched dough.
- Confident in and passionate about your skills.
- A problem solver with the ability to assess and react appropriately.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
Roster
We are open for dinner 7 days a week, and lunch Thursday to Sunday. We are looking for people who are able to work a flexible roster; weekends are a must.
