The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end Retail & National Support Office hiring across our network.
This is a hands-on, strategic role responsible for attracting, selecting and onboarding Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers and Sales Professionals across all states. You will work closely with Retail Leadership & State Managers to ensure we consistently hire high-quality talent aligned to our brands, culture and performance expectations.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Brand, this role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for retail roles across 70+ stores nationally
* Manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality, consistency and speed
* Partner with our company Workforce Planning to understand workforce plans, store needs and succession pipelines
* Develop and embed best-practice recruitment processes, interview frameworks and selection tools
* Build strong talent pipelines for Store Management and future leaders
* Drive a positive, engaging candidate experience aligned to TJG's employer brand
* Manage external recruitment partners where required
* Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, retention)
* Support onboarding and handover into Learning & Development pathways
* Champion diversity, inclusion and cultural alignment in hiring decisions
This is an on-site office-based role where no two days are the same, working shoulder-to-shoulder with Australia's best Retail professionals to create measurable careers and results on the shop floor.

What You Will Bring
* Proven experience in retail talent acquisition, ideally in a multi-site or national business
* Strong track record hiring Store Managers, Assistant Managers and frontline retail teams
* Comfortable operating in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
* Commercially minded with strong stakeholder management skills
* Confident influencing senior retail leaders and store management
* Highly organised, process-driven and outcomes-focused
* Passionate about people, culture and building great teams
* Experience using workflow platforms and recruitment reporting tools
* Work closely with our Learning & Development team to ensure succession from Culet to Crown
